1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Before Order is Shipped:

  • You can cancel your order before it is shipped by visiting "My Orders" in the Quickebazaar app or website.

  • No cancellation charges will be applied, and a full refund will be processed (if prepaid).

After Order is Shipped:

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

  • You may choose to return the product after delivery (refer to our Return Policy).

2. Cancellation by Quickebazaar

Quickebazaar reserves the right to cancel an order due to:

  • Stock unavailability of the ordered item.

  • Incorrect pricing or technical errors.

  • Payment failure or incomplete transactions.

  • Fraudulent activity or suspected misuse of the platform.

In such cases, a full refund will be processed (if applicable).

3. Refund for Canceled Orders

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within [X] business days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: No refund is needed as payment is not collected.

4. Subscription or Membership Cancellation (if applicable)
