At Quickebazaar, we want you to have a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return as per the guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

• The product is defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered.

• The product is missing parts or accessories.

• The item does not meet your expectations (subject to category-specific return rules).

Conditions for a successful return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

• All tags, labels, manuals, invoices, and accessories must be included.

• The item should not be damaged or altered by the customer.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Perishable goods (food, beverages, flowers, etc.).

• Personal care and hygiene products (cosmetics, skincare, undergarments, etc.).

• Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items.

• Digital downloads, software, and gift cards.

• Items marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page.

3. Return Process

1. Initiate a Return Request:

   • Go to "My Orders" in the Quickebazaar app or website.

   • Select the item you wish to return and choose a valid reason.

   • Upload images if the item is damaged or incorrect.

   • Submit the return request within [X] days of delivery.

2. Return Approval & Pickup:

   • Once approved, our logistics partner will schedule a pickup.

   • You must pack the item securely before pickup.

   • In some cases, you may be required to self-ship the item.

3. Return Verification & Refund:

   • After receiving the item, our team will inspect it.

   • If the return is approved, you will receive a refund or replacement as per our Refund Policy.

4. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed for size, color, or defective products (subject to availability).

• If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.

5. Late or Rejected Returns

• Returns requested after the eligible period will not be accepted.

• If the returned item does not meet our conditions, the return will be rejected, and the product will be sent back to you.
